Muholi. A visual Activist is the exhibition conceived and curated by Biba Giacchetti for the Museo delle Culture in Milan.
More than 60 images of social denunciation from the very first self-portraits made to the most recent works, taken from Muholi’s constantly evolving artistic project “Sonnyama Ngonyama“, literally “Hail the Dark Lioness”.
The exhibition is promoted by the City of Milan, produced by 24 ORE Cultura-Gruppo 24 ORE in collaboration with SUDEST57.
