Alfredo Bini was born in Pistoia, Tuscany, where he is still. He has always been interested in visual arts and photography. He began playing with his father telemeter Cannonet, during an holiday trip. Time after time his passion grew and new commitments arrived.
The first project was concentrated on landscapes that in time he flanked with social or tourist reportage, which recently have become the most important part of his work.
He has restricted his own equipment to the least intrusive as possible. He usually travels with only two camera-bodies, two wide-angles and a flash.
He shots most of the landscapes using the telephoto-lens.
He adores Asia: he feels this continent full of photographic and intellectual inspiration. He spent most of his time in south of Asia.
